Easter and Pierce's 4th Birthday

It's our tradition to buy holiday candy at The Candy Factory here in Lincoln.  This year Rusty found a special treat.  The lady behind the counter said they come from Germany.  They are real eggs that are blown out, then the shells are sterilized, and then filled with chocolate truffle!
These are so rich that we've only eaten ONE so far.
The service at First Plymouth was as beautiful as always.  The music just blows me away.  And yes, Dar, it was cold up front, but not as bad as two years ago.  Afterwards we watched Celeste in the Easter Egg Hunt.

It is another family tradition that the birthday person gets to eat off the red plate and select food that he likes to eat.  Pierce wanted peas and carrots.

Pierce turned 4 on the 11th.  He was so excited to have his birthday.  I loved being there to share it!
